So there I was, hangin out with some friends at a club. The music is going and people are drinking having a great time. I notice this girl in the club and approach her. We get to talking and things are hitting off pretty well. I then can't stop staring at her face, and she looks at me and asks in a sexy voice "What's on your mind?" I chuckle a bit and ask her "You gonna let me hit that?" Then she said "Go for it" and smiled, so I stretched one arm out to get it a little loose, then lunged it sideways across her face and yelled "YAYUH"

So I ended up over working my left shoulder while working out. It turns out that one of the muscles (I forgot which one) is twisted and swollen. I went to bed this morning at about 3:00 AM and woke up at 4 in extreme pain. No matter how I positioned my left arm, the pain continued to grow. I was at the point where I literally had a cloth in my mouth and my teeth clenching on it due to the pain. About an hour of screaming at the top of my lungs (with cloth in my teeth) my parents woke up and rushed me to the hospital. Doctors checked it out and said that my rotator cuff is fine since I was still able to move my arms in all directions. The swelling is what was the issue and it was directly on top of my shoulder. I was prescribed vicodin, valium, and 800 mg motrin. The pain is down for now, but I just gotta stay on top of the meds. I can't drive anywhere due to the meds which sucks so if anyone wants to do anything, i'd have to ask for a ride. What a morning eh?
